In MS Teams search other tenant users.

Hi! So, I got two tenants, in each have domains, for example aaaa.com and bbbb.com. I need have option to aaaa.com users search (in teams) bbbb.com users(same way) as others from aaaa.com, and invite them to meetings, start chats, share files, see statuses(busy, free)utt. Is it possible to reach this effect, and if yes, what steps should be taken?

And this should also work to other way around(bbbb.com can search aaaa.com users, and interact with them).

We are using A1 education licenses.

    Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.

    Regarding your concern, please enable External access in the Teams admin center (admin.teams.microsoft.com) for each tenant. I've checked that this feature is enabled by default. You may get more instructions in Use guest access and external access to collaborate with people outside your organization & Manage external access (federation).
