Hi,

I am using BitBucket as repository and building the code in Azure Devops. I have followed below steps as of now:

  1. Installed “Azure Pipelines for Jira”
  2. I added organization in Jira cloud
  3. Create a CI build and CD release, the repository is Bitbucket.
  4. Updated a file
  5. In commit message, added Jira issue key without #. e.g. JIRA-2 added a new user
  6. Pipeline was triggered, and build and deployment was successful. For deployment, I used Octopus tool.
  7. In Jira issue, I can see only commits. The build and deployment/release information is not getting tracked.
  8. The release pipeline configuration was set to report the status to Jira.

Could you please help.
