Is Microsoft Teams tracking real?

I've just got information from my friend that my mid-term test will be tracked If I'm cheating or not(Ex: click outside, use the search engine, hear what we are saying even we are muted,..).And that app is called Microsoft teams tracking. I want to ask that app or plugin is real or not

    Microsoft Teams has built-in similarity checks on student assignments named Turnitin to reduce the possibility for students from cheating by checking the similarity. This feature streamlines the grading process while reinforcing to students the importance of creating authentic work.

    However, MS Team won't track activities you do outside of MS Team such as using search engines etc.
