HOW CAN I SEND VOICE MESSAGE ON MS TEAM CHAT

    Hi irfanullah3,

    Based on my experience, Voice messages are an exclusive feature of the Teams mobile app, instead of typing you can simply record a voice message by pushing a button as shown in the following picture. And voice messages can be heard by users using the desktop and the mobile app and they are included in the chat.

    To use this feature, do the following:

    1. Push and hold the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen
    2. Release the button when you finish the message
    3. Tap the send button

    Exactly! Especially when business phone usage is so low these days. The only way for someone to leave me a voicemail now is to use my personal mobile#, which is not an ideal solution. If voicemails can be created in the mobile app and played in the desktop app, they can be created in the desktop app. Maybe it's intentionally so, but I don't see why it couldn't be an optional feature toggled by an admin.
