Can not Download Microsoft Teams Meeting Recordings

Hi, Microsoft teams support staffs

I have a big problem in downloading Teams meeting Record. Some video i can download, but some special video with the word NaNs (as you can see in the photo) I CAN NOT download it!

Please HELP ME!!

    Hi Hoai,

    Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

    With the recent update in MS Teams, only the meeting recorder and organizer will be able to download the meeting recording. All other attendees will only be able to view it.

    I see that your institute doesn't store the meeting recording on the OneDrive/SharePoint by default. So, In this case, please ask the meeting recorder to download the meeting, upload and share it through OneDrive or SharePoint site.
