Microsoft Teams Zoom Integration Blank Screen

When joining a zoom meeting from a Crestron teams room device the TV shows a blank screen and participants can see and hear us however we cannot see them. New issue over the course of the night on all teams rooms. Tried updating the units and its still not working. Has anyone seen this issue?

    Hey Brandon,

    I did get through to someone at Microsoft about this finally and it's a problem on the Zoom side of things (web edition, since that's how the MTR's interop with Zoom). Apparently, a fix is slated to come out from Zoom around late October. I would monitor the Zoom release notes page for web at this link around mid- to late- October and see if you see language that sounds like the fix and then re-test. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204758419-Release-notes-for-Web  That's what we're planning on doing.

    Same issue on a Yealink Teams room device. We get audio both ways, just not video (gallery or speaker) to the conf. room. Other zoom participants see conf. room camera (Yealink) fine.

    Any solutions?

    I have checked the link and the problems as described in that are not similar to the issues we are having. We are able to join the meeting on and the users can see and hear us however our TV will not display the meeting. It looks like a black screen with the backlight turned on. It is happening with other rooms as well and did not happen yesterday. So it isnt a sign on issue it certainly seems like a Teams/Crestron Issue.

    Same problem (3) Teams Rooms systems all Poly. Have done a ton of research on this also had 3 tickets open with Microsoft, one with Zoom and one with Poly. On the MTR room system in a Zoom call, near and far end video go black, but audio remains. We determined that the computer CPU jumps to 100% during the black screen and doesn't settle down until the Zoom call is ended. This is a major issue that needs resolve.

    This is only particular to a Team Meeting Room using Crestron devices. It isnt like a normal Windows PC. The problem is with Zoom integration onto the Teams Meeting room device. When opening the calendar event from the Crestron control panel clicking join it just shows a blank screen on the TV while the control panel shows like we are in the Zoom meeting itself. I hope this makes sense.
