I have the same issue. Only affects the "Show Participants" tab. Things I've noticed:

    • The majority of the time, the list is half blank (so some participants' names show up, some don't).
    • If you resize the window or tab back and forth to the window, the list will show up again.
    • If you hover your mouse over people's names, their names and their mic icon will disappear. If you then scroll up and down through the list, they'll fully disappear (including image, name and mic icon).

    My info:

    OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    MS teams version affected:

    1.4.00.13073 (64-bit). Last updated on 2021-06-03.

    1.4.00.16575 (64-bit). Last updated on 2021-06-29.

    Theme: Default

Other: 'GPU hardware acceleration' is disabled

This has only been happening for me in the last two months or so. Size of the meeting / number of participants doesn't matter.

    Workarounds

Some workarounds that seem to work:

    1. Tab to another application and then tab back to your window (using ALT and TAB) -- temporary fix.
    2. Resize the window (by dragging its edges) -- temporary fix.
    3. Make the window full screen.
    4. Change the font size (using CTRL and +, or CTRL and - to change the size).

    Hi AkshitaSrivastav,

Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

To narrow down the issue, please check if you see a similar experience on the MS Teams web app.

Go to access 'Teams Web App' https://teams.microsoft.com, use the "Use the web app instead" option to open teams in a browser(preferably Chrome or Edge) and check the outcome. It will help to isolate the issue with the desktop app.

If the issue is specific to the MS Teams desktop app, then try clearing the app cache by these steps and try again:

Please let me know the outcome, and I'll further look into this.
