Share my screen permissions

Hey Guys,

So I denied the permission to share my screen setting once when it appeared on the screen. I cannot find the right section so as to share my screen. Can anyone help me with that?

    You will find it in Settings on Windows, since I used to have Windows 8.1 and 10. However, you will still need to state what operating system you use, in order for the team at Microsoft to help you.

    Based on your description, do you mean that you disabled screen sharing in the past and now you cannot find the section to share your screen? In fact, only admin can disable this setting, so please make sure you are admin. If you are not admin. You need to contact the admin to enable this setting for you. Here is the document about how to set it: Configure desktop sharing in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs.

    After enabling it, please back to Teams meeting and find that section like the following picture, you can click that to share screen. You can try according to  Share content in a meeting in Teams (microsoft.com).
