First of all my computer had had low microphone volume problem but I could use microphone in teams. After that, I deleted all sound devices from "Device Manager" to solve my computer's mic problem and restart my pc but it wasn't work. Now, I installed "Equalizer Apo" to boost my microphone gain and I can use computer's mic with equalizer at Windows' "Voice Recorder", "Skype" and "Whatsapp Web". But now I can't use at "Microsoft Teams". When I make test call, I get "Your microphone isn't working" error. I use Windows 11 Pro and I have a product key. Because of it, I can get all windows updates. All of my drivers are up to date. I give microphone access to "Microsoft Teams". I have this problem with "External Microphone" too. When I change "External Microphone" to computer's own mic, I change it from settings too but it isn't work. What should I do to solve this problem ?

    Hi Berke

My name is Daniel. I will be more than happy to assist you.

I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Create a meeting to test the audio

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

Could you please reset the MS Team app and see how it goes.

Please visit the following article and refer to the section, under the "Windows: Clear Teams Cache" section. https://www.uvm.edu/it/kb/article/clearing-team...

However, if the problem still persists then please try to create a new fresh environment for MS Team and see if the problems still persist or not.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create a new Windows account:

This problem started after I had deleted all sound devices from device manager to solve my laptop's low mic volume problem. I made this only once. Before I made this, I could use my laptop's mic with microsoft teams with low level mic volume. But this wasn't solve my mic problem. After that, I installed equalizer. It solves my low mic volume problem. Now, I can use my microphone with equalizer program with, Skype, Whatsapp Web, Voice Recorder ... I only can't use any microphone (external or laptop's own mic) with microsoft teams now.

I understand you said that the Microphone is up to date but sometimes you need to reinstall it again to force Windows to reconfigure the settings.

Could you please reinstall the Microphone driver. Go to Windows start menu button > type in Device Manager > Audio inputs and output. Please right-click your Microphone from the device list then select Update Driver, if it does not work > Uninstall, reinstall then restart the computer so it can take effect. Read more: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...

However, if the problem still persists may I ask, is this an internal microphone or an external microphone? If indeed it's external, what's the manufacturer? What's the model/series?

    Kind Regards

I tried it but I don't know my mic work at online version. Because I couldn't record meeting or start test meeting but I didn't take any error pop-up about microphone when I started normal meeting.
