Pixelated Video

Hello,

My Teams App video on calls becomes pixelated. It seems to only happen when someone is screen sharing and the participants are pushed to the gallery on the side or along the top. In this view, half of the participants are clear, but some rapidly flash colored pixelated boxes. This problem is happening across my team with a team that is both in office and remote. I am unable to screen grab the issue because the boxes do not show in a still photo.

This has been a recent malfunction for us, within the past month or so. Maybe this happened with the most recent update/version/push?

I have tried restarting, completely powering down, checking for Teams updates, making sure my system is updated... everything is functioning and up-to-date.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for how to fix the app. I saw on one thread the suggestion to use the web version, that's not a desirable solution for my team and how we utilize Teams.

    The end users that had the problem have reported back to me that disabling GPU hardware acceleration in the settings menu and restarting Teams has now fixed their issue.

    Same Issue on updated Latitude 5421. Clearing cache did not resolve the issue (occurs in larger meetings) no lag detected.

    I have the same issue with an end user. Pixelated video from others in the meeting. I have tried doing driver updates on the PC itself, Window's updates, Clear Teams cache, uninstall / re-install Teams. Nothing seems to have fixed the issue! Any other suggestions? No one else with in our company has complained of this issue.

    We have a few users with an identical issue. Not everyone in our tenant but a few have reported this issue. The image is blurry, but you can see how the individual pictures are pixelated and colored.
