The Ability to reply to highlighted message in teams ( removed since September 17th 2021 update??)

Hi all hope you are well

I have noticed that the old method to highlight a message, and reply in Microsoft Teams has been removed ?

    Are you referring to the "Reply to a specific message" feature? If the answer is yes then this feature is actually is being rolled out.

    hi Daniel thank you for replying to my message, appreciated.

    Yes I am referring to that feature. I used to be able to achieve it by the below method ( until after 17th Sept update )

    1 - highlight specific message user wants to reply to

    2 - copy it

    3 - select keyboard ( shift + > at the same time )

    4 - paste copied message into the field

    5 - hit enter twice

    6 - then reply

    bit long winded but it worked :)
