Hello,

I organize webinars in our company via microsoft teams.

After the participants have registered, a message appears, that I (as the organizer) will receive a mail that someone has registered for the webinar.

But I don't get this mail, can anyone help please?

Thanks in advance.

Regard

David

As a workaround, Could you please try to set up custom automation by using Power Automate as explained in the following video and see if you can receive notification emails in your inbox for the webinar registrations?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NAxfP6gulw

However, If you are still not receiving emails then it could be a problem on your mailbox end instead of on the MS Team end.

Please check a few things below if you are unable to receive emails in your mailbox.

However, If you are still not getting an email please check a few things in the following article and scroll down to the section under the "I didn't receive an email someone sent to my Outlook.com account": https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fix-...

However, if the problems still persist, for further investigations  you can also reach out to Outlook support on your own by following these steps below:

    • Visit this link https://outlook.live.com
    • Click the question mark (?) on the top right-hand side of Outlook webmail.
    • Type in the message in the box then press enter.
    • Scroll down to the section "Still Need Help?" then click the yes button.
    • Please type in the issue in the box then press send.

    Hi Daniel,

when I register to such a webinar the is displayed on my screen, that the organizer ot that webinar will be informed about my registration via mail.

I, as the organizer of the webinar, do not get that mentioned mail.

My goal is to see via mail, who has been registered to a webinar.

I know the way of download the csv.

    Regard

    David

    Hi Daniel,

    i add a photo of my test-registration.

"Wir haben eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail an xxx gesendet", this means in english ""we have sent a confirmation email to xxx".

In this case, I am "xxx", but I do not get this mentioned mail.

    That´s my problem.

Could you please try to create a Webinar notifications email with Power Automate and see if it makes any difference?

The following demo videos show how to do so.

Flow 1: Create a flow that enables you to be notified every time someone registers to a webinar.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NAxfP6gulw

If you want to set up a reminder for registrants so they can remember the webinar then you can continue with Flow 2

Flow 2: Create a second flow for reminder emails based on the same trigger as flow 1 above.

Since this is MS Team community support, for further help regarding Power Automate you can reach out to Power Automate community support at the following link:  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-P...

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm assuming you are asking about the email list you will receive from the registration form? correct?

When you create a webinar you will be able to download the registrants' info (including email address) in CSV format. The following article explains how to set up a Microsoft Teams webinar as well as how to download the registrants' info: https://www.jumpto365.com/blog/intro-to-microso...

However, if you are unable to find the registrants' info then please refer to this article to find out an alternative way to access Webinar registrants' info:
