Hello,
We used to use slack to get notifications from Airtable. Now we're trying teams and see the comparison.
One thing we can't do is that when we get a notification directly from Airtable into a channel in teams, it doesn't notify the relevant person. For example, when changes are made in Airtable, we want teams to tag and notify an allocated person and inform them of those changes. At the moment, it only posts in the channel puts their name, but it DOES NOT notify them. It only posts their name, but that person doesn't get a notification that they've been messaged.
