    Hi Thereasa,

I'm having the same issue. Did you find that Microsoft's response helped in any way? No worries, if it didn't.

I've only just troubleshooting, so if I find the solution I'll post it back here for yourself and other people having this issue.

    Best Regards,
    Anthony Turnbull

I went to my phones IP address and corrected the date and time and pushed a restart through and it is now working.

    Hello,

I'm Josephine, happy to help you today. I am an independent advisor and a customer like you

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience.

To fix the SSL handshake failed error.

Update Your System Date and Time.
Check to See If Your SSL Certificate Is Valid.
Configure Your Browser for the Latest SSL/TLS Protocol Support.
Verify That Your Server Is Properly Configured to Support SNI.
Make Sure the Cipher Suites Match.

    For TSL

    Open Google Chrome.
Click Alt F and select Settings.
Scroll down and select Show advanced settings...
Scroll down to the Network section and click on Change proxy settings...
    Select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to Security category, manually check the option boxes for Use TLS 1.0,Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2.

I would be expecting a reply to this thread

    Sincerely,
    Josephine.

Update: Remote sign-in from the Teams Admin Centre still works without issue. I'll open a case with Microsoft Support regarding local sign-in SSL/TLS handshake failure.

Update 2: Ensuring that your phone's NTP/SNTP client is configured to automatically manage System Date + Time worked for me. Ideally you'd want this rolled out via DHCP.
