No big deal but we need to refresh your content

My question is that the phrase "no big deal" is incongruent with the fact that I am typing a reply, am in the third sentence, and all is lost after refreshing.

Since Teams is a mature product there must be a confusion on my part, but which?

In order to narrow down the issue, kindly check if the issue cuts across when you are using Teams on the web via https://teams.microsoft.com. This will help us check if the issue is with the teams app.
