Viewing .docx in Teams without Track Changes

I am working with a .docx Word Document in Teams. Can I view the Word Document without track changes on it? Similar to a desktop version where you can drop down the options from All Markup to No Markup within the Tracking section on the Review Ribbon.

    Per the description shared, I would like to summarize your requirement i.e. you want to turn on the Track Changes in the Word document but don't show the markup when viewing the Word document in the teams.

    If my understanding is correct, first, I would like to convey that the features of Word for the web are limited whereas Word for the desktop has many features when compared with the web version.

    Coming to your requirement, changing the markup from All Markup to No Markup is available only in the Word desktop application and the Word for the Web only has the option to turn off or turn on the Markups.

    In this situation, I suggest you add your valuable idea to the Word · Community (microsoft.com) which is the best way to improve Microsoft Products.
