Unable to upload attachments/images to a specific group chat

My organization uses Teams. I am in a group chat with about 15 people. Yesterday I began having issues uploading pic/attachments to the group chat. I have a co-worker that has the same issue and it started at the same time but everyone else in the chat has no issues uploading to this chat. We are on desktops. Also, I am able to uopload in other chats. I do not get any error message. It looks like its uploading but when I hit enter it just disappears. Yesterday I closed everything on my desktop, logged out of Teams, and restarted and logged back in. It alowed me to upload a few times after that but again I can not upload. I can not be restarting my desktop over and over all day. Please advise

    Hello H,

My name is Joanna, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

    Please try the following:

    1. Check for the latest update of the app
    2. Unistall and install the app
    3. Clear Cache

    Clear Teams cache in Windows

If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.

In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.

Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.

    Restart Teams.

    Clear Teams cache in macOS

If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the dock, and then select Quit, or press Command (⌘)-Q.

In the Finder, open the /Applications/Utilities folder, and then double-click Terminal.

Enter the following command, and then press Return:

    rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams

    Restart Teams.

Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
