Microsoft teams free (classic) meeting time limit

Hello, I am currently using the Microsoft teams free (classic) plan and I have scheduled a meeting for next week, and I scheduled the call to last for 3 hours.

It is a very important meeting with many people and I just read somewhere that scheduling a meeting with Microsoft teams free you will have a 1 hour time limit for the meeting.

Is this true because nothing was specified when scheduling the meeting? If so what can I do to extend the meeting time limit?

    Hi, Sandratra,

I'm happy to help you today.

Can you confirm if it's indeed "Teams free (classic)" or just "Teams free"?

Nonetheless, if we are using the free version, the meeting time limit is up to 1 hour for group meetings, while for one-to-one meetings, it is up to 30 hours.

    Best regards,
