Left Teams Group. Still get notifications on my android app.

I left a Teams group today. I don't get notifications for the group on my desktop app, but I get notifications on my Android app. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Also deleted App data. Nothing seem to help. What can I do?

    Hi,

    I don't want to unable notifications because of a bug.

    The problem is that I get notifications from a team I'm no longer part of. I can also see the activity on my feed. This only occurs on my Android app. When I click on the notification or the activity on my feed, it goes to a page that says I'm no longer part of the team, which is true. How can I still get the notifications? Really frustrating problem.

    On the desktop app there is no problem, and I don't get any notifications from the team I'm longer part of. There are no activity seen from the team on my feed also.

    Facing the same issue right now with the iOS Teams mobile app - latest version.

    I have already tried to join the teams group once again on desktop app, and leave it again there. Same issue persists.

    The mobile app keeps sending me notifications. When I then click on the notification, it tells me it can't be shown, as I am not a member of the group any more (see screenshot).

    Seems to be an issue not only with Android.

    I am getting this same issue on my android. Left a number of Teams a few days ago, but still getting notifications, and they appear on my feed in android only. When I click on the notification, I just get forwarded to a screen that shows that I am no longer a member of the team. I tried clearing the Teams application cache and restarting my phone, but I am still getting notifications. Any tips, let me know! Thanks!

    Hi,

    I've done that multiple times, since that was my first thought as well.

    I also deleted the app data twice. Deleted and reinstalled the app twice. No difference.

    Also signed out of my office accounts from accounts on phone settings. No difference.

    Sorry to hear that you've encountered this. On your Android Teams app, Tap Menu > Notifications. Set, modify, or manage these notifications: Tap General Activity and toggle notifications on or off for Mentions, Meetings, Calls, and more.
