What are the steps to take and\or what is required for me to be able to generate a SIP id to be included in my Microsoft Teams meeting invite so that meeting participants can use the SIP id to join my video call from their Cisco Room Kit?

The Teams invitation can be customized in Microsoft Teams Admin Center through Meetings > Meeting settings in the navigation pane then under the Email invitation section. You can utilize this feature to include the SIP address in every meeting invite.

I would recommend that you and your client's telephony team to have a meeting regarding the final configuration of your devices with regards to this implementation.

I hope these answers all your queries. If there's anything else, just let me know. May you have a wonderful day!

Thank you Alvaro. Much appreciated. Once the gateway has been configured what steps does a MS Teams license holder need to take to ensure a SIP is included in their meeting invite? For example, we are a Webex shop and have 2 Cisco Room Kits. We work with clients who us MS Teams for their meeting needs. Meeting invites from some of these clients contain a SIP while meeting invites from others do not. They do not seem to know what drives the inclusion or exclusion of the SIP within their meeting invites. What on the MS Teams side drives whether the SIP is included in the MS Teams meeting invite?
