Declining a Recurring Meeting Occurrence When I am the Organizer and There are Co-Organizers

I have several recurring meetings during the week for which I am the organizer. When I go on PTO, I want to decline meeting instances so that the team can continue to meet and the attendance taken includes who was there. I do have co-organizers for the meeting. Can I decline an instance of a meeting and let the co-organizers run it? Or is the only option to just not show up? TAA

    Dear Morris Zwick

    Good day!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help!

Per your description, generally when an organizer creates a meeting, there is no option to decline the meeting if you're the organizer, because the meeting was created by the organizer. However as you suggested an alternative would be to not show up to the meeting.

We apologize we could not reach your requirement, and thank you for bringing this to our attention, we'd like to invite you to post this in our Microsoft Teams · Community as it is a community monitored by our Product team to help improve user experience through feedback given by our valuable customers.

Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated. Have a nice day!
