How we can record Microsoft Teams call to External Phone Numbers using Dialer. ?

Our customer is using the dial pad of the teams and calling the customers directly on their phone numbers. We need to record those calls and then store the recordings on a cloud platform.

What are the possible ways to record these calls in MS Teams?

    Microsoft Teams provides several built-in features to record calls and meetings, but these features only work when the call or meeting is made within the Teams app.

    If your customer is making calls using the Teams dial pad to external phone numbers, you'll need to use a third-party app or service to record those calls.
