Hello.
I experienced some problem in Microsoft teams that microphone stop working in teams after restart.
Problem disappearing after reinstalling.
What i did.
Cleared cache.
Updated all drivers.
Enabled privacy settings to allow teams to use microphone.
Didn't tried to play with registry... ( don't want to )
I will wait for any suggestion. Thanks

I am having the exact same issue. Microphones works in windows but nothing in teams. Have tried all online solutions: Drivers, Security Settings, enabling and disabling and nothing appears to be correcting it. I even tried another Webcam with Mic and have the same problem
I have same issue for a week now, both in Temas and Webex, the other side can't hear me and also video does not start... This must have gotten messed-up when last update was installed. Really hope there will be another update soon to resolve this issue...
I've looked at that and Teams is not listed as a separate app. It is included as part of a group titled Desktop Apps. This includes other apps such as Webex, Skype and others. Interestingly this also states that MS Teams last accessed the microphone yesterday. So it seems that Teams is connecting to the microphone but not hearing anything.
I'm waiting for the Win 11 H2 update.
Select Security & Privacy
Under Privacy, choose Microphone on the left. Make sure Microsoft Teams is selected. Close all apps and restart your device.

Already tried that.
Problem is after restarting microphone is not working only in Teams but shows that microphone is enabled and its working from windows system. But if you reinstall it microphone starts working again.
Also i tried sfc /scannow it didn't find anything .
