Cant add or remove power apps from a teams channel

Hello,

right now i have a problem with adding a new power app to a channel. One month ago it worked fine. I clicked on the + in a Teams-Channel and choose my power app and added it as a tab to the channel. This worked flawlessly and everone in the channel can see and use the app. The app is still in the channel to this day.

This week i tryed it again but it doesnt work anymore. Even adding the app to my teams client can cause an issue and i get the message "something went wrong" without any more information. When trying again it adds the app to the teams client. The app then works when opend in the teams client.

But now i want to add the app to a channel, so everyone in my company can use it. When adding the app to a channel it appears for some seconds as a tab and then it dissapears again. Its a roll of a dice if the app can be viewed or not and only i can see it. It never appears for other user. Noone else in the channel can see it. It should be noted, that the app i added one month ago that works, is in the same channel. (also tested to add the new app to a different channel, same result it doesnt work)

When looking into the installed apps for this channel, i can see my app but i cant uninstall it. It will give me an error.

This happens in the Teams client app and in the Teams web client and it also happens when my coworker trys to add a power app to the channel.

Restarting the PC or client didnt changed anything.

On top of that, trying to remove the app from my teams client gives me this error and can only be solved by retrying to remove it multiple times.

I suggest there is something buggy with the teams client and the integrated power apps function. Does someone have the same problems or a solution for this?

    Hi Marvin2023,

It seems to be a bug.

This issue needs to be further investigated by Microsoft product group. Unfortunately, as a community advisor (not Microsoft staff), I don't have access to the user's account, so it's difficult to further investigate this issue.

I would suggest submitting a feedback to the support engineer team of Microsoft so that they can include this in future releases.

    Thank you.
