I'm having an issue with my Teams mobile app on my iPhone occasionally ringing using my iPhone ringtone instead of the Teams ringtone. Does anyone know why this might be happening? This is with a Direct Routing Teams account.

    Actually you can't change the Teams ringtone in iOS that is only a feature on Android. The problem isn't changing the ringtone though. Issue is that whenever calls come through it only plays the Teams ringtone 90% of the time. About 10% of the time when a Teams call comes through it will play my iPhone ringtone. I'm wondering why this happens? Shouldn't Teams calls play the Teams ringtone 100% of the time?

    I never noticed it myself but I was working on a users phone and she said she was having the issue. We made about a few test calls and eventually were able to replicate it. I then tested on my personal iPhone and realized mine does the same thing! It's completely random though so it could happen after 3 calls could happen after 20 calls. I doubt there's a way to turn it off I just was asking if anyone else has ever noticed this, and if so how did they fix it?

    To set your preferred ringtones, select Settings and more Select to see more options next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Calls.

    There, under Ringtones, you can choose separate ringtones for your normal calls, forwarded calls, and delegated calls so you're able to tell them apart.
