Joining every teams meeting as a guest

Hi all, I hope everyone is keeping well. I have a staff who's a part of my organisation. Since few days, he's had to join all the teams meetings as a guest even though he's been invited by the staff of the same organisation. It may have something to do with the tenant but if someone could help me fix it then I'd be grateful. Thank you!
