Teams call notification not popping up on Xiaomi Phone (Work Profile)

I am having redmi note10prd

Whenever I am getting a call from any person I can't even see who is calling me. Only the sound plays and no option to accept/reject the call. It's a very disturbing thing for me. I can know who is calling only after the call ends and gets missed.

Can you please help on this

    I found the solution for this...

    followed below steps and issue solved for me on poco f5 phone and tried same on other redmi phone as well and worked :)

    if you have installed teams only on work profile then install teams on personal profile as well.

    ensure to enable all the notifications on work profile teams and personal profile teams ( specially permanent notification should be enabled for both )

    disable battery saver for both.

    enable autostart for both.

    Let me know if it solves your issue.

    Thank you it working now, we caanot change the direct settings in Work profile we to change in external team it will allow you to change in side work profile.

    Go to App info with holding the icon > the change the permission to allow all the time for all the Notification of the App.

    I was tried with above all steps but still I am not getting. os android version is 14 and we are using these teams with company portal
