I had the same issue but eventually found the notes in a bizarre location. In Teams go to Calendar. Open the meeting that you took notes for. Click on "Details" tab. You'll see your meeting info w teams links, etc. Scroll down the page and your notes should be there. Why are the notes hidden away? Should be an easy access through the meeting chat or at least have a "notes" tab like when you start the notes. When I tagged people on action items, they got a link to the meeting notes and those open in Sharepoint.

Workaround does not solve the issue and now detailed meetings notes taken and recorded seem to be lost :(

I am working with HP IT but I fear since this is a known issue, the record of the meeting notes is now gone. Going to 'chat with participants' doesn't bring back the meeting notes option.

I hope this is high priority for MSFT to resolve as it's key loss of feature and data.

I've been having the same issue, which is especially frustrating because my team has been using the Meeting Notes regularly to keep track of schedules and agenda action items (using the helpful tagging feature).

Instead, from the meeting chat screen, I have the message: "Download notes from past occurrences of this meeting." And when I open that file (an .mht file?) in Word, the following message appears at the top: "This page is automatically updated from the Wiki in Microsoft Teams - any changes made here will be overwritten. To edit this page, open it in Microsoft Teams."

However, when I open that file using Teams, I'm just returned to the meeting's chat screen. And I can't seem to find "the Wiki in Microsoft Teams" that's referenced.

In other meeting chat screens, I've even tried clicking on the chat message that's automatically generate when you created Meeting Notes ("Created meeting notes for this meeting" with a button beneath that reads "Show notes in fullscreen"). This used to take me directly to the Meeting Notes, but now it doesn't do anything.

There's now (sometimes) a "Notes" icon at the top of the chat screen. That pulls up a new note for the meeting, but once I end the meeting, I can't get back to the new note I created there. And right now, I'm not seeing even that new "Notes" icon at the top -- it's disappeared, too.

The workaround described does not work. There isn't a link to access the meeting notes. How do I access my meeting notes!?

As others have stated, this workaround does not work as of 7/13. Any updates on a real fix?

We use this function HEAVILY and while it is helpful to be able to access the download of prior Meeting Notes, it does not provide a solution for using them going forward. Would love to better understand the timeline for this fix.
