An update on my situation with Teams webinar. The registration issue was unresolved leading up to my last webinar less than two weeks ago. I had to manually cut and paste the new registrant emails from the menu pick that showed them because they still didn't show up anywhere else including the downloaded registration file. After ending the webinar session and downloading the attendance file, the missing registrants were suddenly included in the data!

Not being able to have an accurate list of all registrants *prior* to the webinar is a big issue for me. I use this data to send a reminder email that the webinar is starting 15 minutes and other communications as needed prior to the webinar. I run these webinars every month, and many of my webinar attendees use the 15 minute email as their primary reminder to tie in.

As much as I like many of the Teams webinar features, I'm probably going to switch to Google Forms or something similar to register participants so I have more control over the process and data. Then use regular Teams (or something else) to run the webinar. Have already lost too much productivity trying to troubleshoot this fundamental capability that every webinar platform should be capable of doing reliably.

What?!? So, we don't know who is coming to our webinar of 995 attendees. What is the reasoning behind providing a 'partial' list? I guess it doesn't matter since there is no functionality to remove an attendee. I'm beyond disappointed with this product.

    Hi Matt,

I have an issue, since someone accidentally started the meeting, I'm not getting any updates on registrations or page views. Do you know how I can get these updated numbers or fix it?

    Thanks, Rob

Similar issue for me. My registration page continues to go up, but the Teams attendee registered count (and download data) is stuck at a previous out-of-date number of people. Have been doing this webinar monthly for 4 months and never had this issue before. The number of registrants is currently 117 which shows up properly in the manage event -> attendee status. But it only shows 112 as registered in the Teams webinar attendance window and the associated download file (see screenshots below). This is definitely a new bug that has never happened before in my 4 months of using it.

We are seeing this same behavior with webinars in our organization over the past few weeks.
