    Hi, Sivan,

I'm afraid to say that Teams in the Microsoft 365 Family plan do not include the Recording function. It is only available in the Microsoft 365 Business/Enterprise/Education subscriptions.

    Best regards,

I believe he is referring to the Meeting settings you mentioned in your initial response which can be found in the Teams admin center.

"You need to have the Meeting recording setting enabled under Meetings > Meeting policies > Recording & transcription to record meetings and group calls."

    Hi,

I'm Ahmed and I am here & happy to help.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please be assured that I will do my best to provide a satisfactory response and assist you with resolving the problem.

You need to have the Meeting recording setting enabled under Meetings > Meeting policies > Recording & transcription to record meetings and group calls.

You also need to be not an anonymous, guest, or federated user in the meeting. If you meet these requirements, you can start recording a meeting by going to the meeting controls and selecting More actions > Start recording.

The recording will be uploaded to OneDrive or SharePoint and linked in the chat for the meeting.

If this did not work, please Run the Recording Diagnostics which you can find in the source as the previous guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/meet...

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best regards,
