Set up Teams Webinar Breakout Room Prior to a Meeting

Hi,

I am trying to set up a webinar breakout room in advance of a webinar. I don't see the option to do on my my Webinar registration page, can anyone please advise?

Hi Andrew,

To set up breakout rooms in advance of a webinar in Teams, you need to:

Start the meeting or open the meeting invite.
In the meeting controls, select Breakout rooms.
Select the number of rooms you want (up to 50) and whether you want Teams to assign people to rooms automatically or manually.
Select Create rooms and assign participants if needed.
Start the breakout rooms when you are ready.
