Use Microsoft teams status to find out how much time I spend on computer

Microsoft Teams does a pretty good job of knowing when I am on my computer and when I am off. Can I use this status in Microsoft Teams to find out how much time I spend on my computer?

I see there is a Microsoft 365 API, but looking at the information, it's not clear if this can be used for my purpose. If so, how?

Thanks,

    Juliet,

Maybe you are not familiar with Teams?

With Teams, if you are actively working it gives you are green status. If you are in a meeting, you are in a red status. If you are away from your computer, your status is yellow.

I'm looking for the time in the green and red status. Your route would give me the time my computer is on, regardless of the status.

    Thanks,

    Hello! My name is Nazia.

If you've the admin access then the Microsoft Teams admin centre offers analytics and reporting capabilities for Microsoft Teams.

Here, you can view how many people interact with Teams via chat and channel messages as well as the devices they use to connect.

    Hi carljong_725

You could try to check your device's uptime.

    1. Click on the "Start" button then right click.
    2. Choose "Task Manager" and then select the "Performance" tab.
    3. Click "CPU" to view the Uptime.

Take note that this shows the total number of hours that your computer has been running since its last reboot.
