Sometimes (quite often) when taking control over colleague's computer, There is a huge offset of the mouse position... The only way to fix it is to ask the collague to turn off screen sharing, start it again, and grant control again. Very annoying

Both machines runs Windows10

Hi, I’m Nicole, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

This issue with mouse offset during screen sharing is a common problem and can be caused by several factors, including different screen resolutions, graphics card drivers, or network latency. To resolve the issue, you could try the following steps:

Ensure both computers have the latest graphics card drivers installed.

Ensure both computers have the same screen resolution.

If the issue persists, try using a wired network connection instead of Wi-Fi for screen sharing.

If the issue still persists, try using a different screen sharing software.

If none of these steps work, restarting the screen sharing session as you have described is a valid workaround to temporarily resolve the issue.

    Regards.
