Why is Teams Admin Center not showing in the admin centers on MS 365 main admin page?

Both Global administrator and Teams administrator - when logging into MS365 admin portal - do not see the Teams Admin Center listed in the Microsoft admin centers list. Why is that, and how can we add it to this main list? Or is it that you have to login separately into https://admin.teams.microsoft.com?

I am having the same issue. A link to the Teams Admin Center is no longer available through the MS365 main admin page. I am a global admin and am able to access the Teams Admin Center directly via https://admin.teams.microsoft.com. I have tried to clear my browser cache, but that didn't solve it. My global admin account is unlicensed and has been for many years, but I've always had access to the Teams Admin Center via the MS365 main admin page. Any other ideas what might be causing this sudden behavior?

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

The Teams Admin Center should typically be visible in the Microsoft 365 admin centers list if you have the necessary administrative roles. If it's not showing up, here are a few things you could try:

    1. Check your administrative roles: Make sure you have the necessary administrative roles to access the Teams Admin Center. Both Global administrators and Teams service administrators should have access
    2. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, browser cache can cause display issues. You can try clearing your browser cache and then check again
    3. Check your licenses: Make sure you have the appropriate licenses available
    4. Try logging in directly: You can try logging in directly to the Teams Admin Center using this URL: [https://admin.teams.microsoft.com] https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1333505/teams-is-not-visible-in-microsoft-teams-admin-cent.

    I hope this helps!

I'm also having the same issue. I can access it using the direct link but it's no longer showing in the O365 Admin Center under Admin centers.

Same issue, as reported by Jason and Andrew. I always use Edge InPrivate window to access MS365 Admin Center (my Global Admin is unlicenced), which prevents cookies and caches. Microsoft MUST restore the original view/access to Teams Admin Center via MS365 Admin Center.

Same issue for me. My global admin account is not licensed and is a separate ID to my everyday actions, which is how Microsoft recommend separating admin and non-admin sessions. The Teams admin center has clearly been removed from Home - Microsoft 365 admin center and should be restored by Microsoft.
