Using Microsoft Teams on macOS, including installation, features, and compatibility

But here are the steps that you may perform before submitting it as bug:
Check if there's any pending MS Teams app update
- Open MS Teams app
- Click on 3 dots at the top right corner
- Select Check for updates
If the application is up to date, you may uninstall, and reinstall the New Teams application for further isolation to the issue.
But if all else fails, you may submit it as bug through the Feedback portal: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/
Or while in the app:
- Select Help Teams help icon.
- You have the option to: Give feedback. When you give your feedback, you'll also have the option to include screenshots and diagnostic logs.
