Additional chat-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hello
I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.
Yes, it is possible to share your To-Dos in Microsoft Teams. Here's how you can do it:
- Use the Tasks App: The Tasks app in Microsoft Teams brings together your individual tasks from To Do and Outlook with your team tasks from Planner. You can add the Tasks app to Teams by typing 'Tasks' in the search bar and then selecting the tile that says 'Tasks by Planner and To Do'.
- My Tasks: This section shows tasks that you've created or that have been assigned to you. It reflects most of what you see in the To Do app.
- Shared Plans: This section shows plans that have been added to channels in Teams. You can choose from a list of teams and channels, and find the plan you're looking for
- Create a Task from a Message: To create a Microsoft To Do task from a Microsoft Teams message, hover over any message, click the context menu (three-dotted) button on the message on a chat or team (channel), select the "More actions" and click the Create Task option
- Share a To Do List: To share a To Do list with friends, family, or colleagues, open Microsoft To Do on Windows 10, click the New list option, confirm the name of the list you want to share and press Enter, right-click the list and select the Share list option
Remember, you can also turn Teams messages into tasks. Simply hover over the message you want to turn into a task and click on the three dots. Then select More options and click on Create task https://support.microsoft.com/office/e32639f3-2e07-4b62-9a8c-fd706c12c070
I hope this helps
