Hello Barend,
I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
To recover your username for your Microsoft Teams Essentials subscription and gain access to your account, you can try the following steps:
1.Since the information was sent to your email when you purchased the subscription, search your email inbox for any messages from Microsoft around the 2nd of July, 2023. Look for emails that might contain account setup or welcome information, as these often include your username or account details.
2.Given your organization's domain is BrendanConsulting050.onmicrosoft.com, your username is likely an email address that ends with @BrendanConsulting050.onmicrosoft.com. If you recall setting up any specific email addresses with this domain, try those as your username.
- Reach out to Microsoft Support directly https://support.microsoft.com/contactus for assistance. Provide them with your organization name ("Brendan Consulting"), domain (
BrendanConsulting050.onmicrosoft.com), subscription name (Microsoft Teams Essentials), start date (2nd July 2023), and your order number (F27E2463-5326-43E8-9047-CC169CC6ED8A). They should be able to help you recover your account details.
- Since the subscription is being debited from your business credit card, your bank statement might have a contact number or additional details related to the Microsoft transaction that could be helpful when communicating with Microsoft Support.
Please remember that I am a User on the forum just like you and do not have access to Microsoft's database.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Ibhadighi
