How to show Teams profile picture to external people

I would like to ask that is it possible to show your Teams profile picture (instead of initials) to external people in a Teams meeting...?

    Most of our meetings are with external clients, we need a way to allow them to see our profile pictures when we are in a meeting with them. Adding clients to trusted list is not a solution for a company that is constantly meeting with new people.

    There should be a permissions option to enable this feature in Teams

    I must be missing something. I believe the question is how can, when I make a call from my teams to an outside vender, can I ensure that my (1) name and possibly (2) my image shows up on their computer when it is ringing? Is there a way to do this so it does not just show a number and the words external call. I would like to make sure my calls are more personalized to outside people that are not in my contact list when making sales calls.
