I am trying to determine which external domains are being used/contacted currently in Teams so that i can implement "Allow only specific external domains" in Teams Admin portal.

At the moment it's set to "Allow all external domains" and this isn't secure...

please help!

(i have tried the content search in Purview but it's not obvious how i do this?)

Greetings! I am Ajibola, eager to assist you with confidence and assertiveness. I guarantee to provide you with exceptional support.

You can use PowerShell to get a list of all the guest users in your tenant and extract their domains. Then you can compare the domains with the current external access configuration for Teams and find out which ones are not already included.
