    Hello Weeranuch M,

I'm Segunfunmi, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thank you for posting your query in this forum.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with viewing shared PowerPoint presentations on your Android device. This seems to be a known issue reported by other users as well.

As per the reports, the problem occurs when using the Teams client on a PC and attempting to view a shared PowerPoint on the mobile Teams Client. On Android devices, a blank screen is shown instead of the presentation.

However, there is a workaround that you could try. You could share your entire desktop instead of just the PowerPoint application. This way, your presentation would be visible as part of your desktop’s screen share.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Kind regards, Segunfunmi.

    Hello Weeranuch M,

I'm sorry to hear that the issue is persisting. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

    • Try enabling screen mirroring on your Android phone to check nearby devices to cast the display.
    • Check your device's compatibility with the app or platform you use for screen sharing.
    • Restart both your Android phone and smart TV to fix connection issues.
    • Ensure your Android phone and smart TV/monitor are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    • Check your Wi-Fi speed, as screen mirroring requires a robust connection.
    • Disable low power mode if you're trying screen mirroring on an active low power mode. It turns off screen mirroring and other battery-hogging tasks in the background.

Please try these suggestions and let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards, Segunfunmi
