Signing in to Air Canada Aeronet portal?

Air Canada has now routed access to their Aeronet Portal through MS Teams; but access is now blocked because I take care of employee communications and my wife is the employee. I sent things up, using my email address and a password; and can sign in to MS Teams; but access to Aeronet is blocked because only employees/retirees are recognized. There was some sort of confusing note / directive referring to an Azure.....? I tried to sign in with my wife's email but am told she doesn't have an account.

We simply want to access her Air Canada communications and information, as we have always done.

Please provide specific instructions to get this train back on the tracks, as right now we are shut out of all her information.
