Background noise in Teams?

I have adjusted Noise Suppression but still notice horrible background noise when using Teams compared to other applications using the same audio/video device. What other options can I try to reduce background noise?

    3. Close any windows or doors to reduce external noise.

    I am using a Logitech Meetup and I have updated all firmware on the device. The space this is installed is a huddle room and cannot simply be moved.
