Issue with White screen display when somenone present their screeen and turn on their camera

I am facing very odd issue as i will be in meeting with new teams, I will not be able to see the presenter's screen and their camera view, it will be totaly white screen in that place. But i don't face any issue when i use old teams , it is working good with old teams.

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft community.

    I understand that you are having an issue seeing shared screens in the new teams app. Please let me know of the following to narrow down the issue.

    1. Are you running a windows or Mac PC?
    2. Which teams version are you using? Find the version of Microsoft Teams you're using - Microsoft Support
    3. Does this happen if you log into new teams via the web https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/  ? This will help narrow down if the issue is only affecting the app.

    In the meantime, if you are using a windows N system, please download and install the Windows Feature pack that might affect screen sharing via this link. Download Windows 10 Media Feature Pack (microsoft.com)

    Please also check whether you have any updates available for your graphics driver. If possible, you can try to un-install and re-install the drivers. If you are using windows, you can refer to this article. Update drivers manually in Windows - Microsoft Support
