Teams app can't find an internet connection even though I'm connected

I've had all kinds of problems with the desktop version of Teams for work or school, and today when I started the app it repeatedly notified me that a problem had occurred and it couldn't connect. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now when it opens it says it can't find an internet connection even though the computer is connected. I am able to access Teams via the web app with no problem. I'm running Windows 11 Home 64-bit v22H2.

I have seen one forum post with a list of files to find and delete but I didn't locate any of them after I had uninstalled the app.

I found a solution in this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/cannot-sign-into-onedrive-please-check-network/dafb3acf-c93c-4fd7-ac0b-f5cc3ff753c6?page=2.

    I deleted registry keys [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections]

SavedLegacySettings and [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections]DefaultConnectionSettings and restarted.

    Hi Alex,

I went through the steps you laid out above, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, but am getting the same result. I've now reinstalled Teams three times with the same result. My computer is online and there are no connectivity issues that I can see. This morning I had a meeting to attend on Teams and it allowed me to join using the the meeting ID and passcode immediately after telling me there was no internet connection found.

I've been battling this for month on many user's computers.

This is a solution that seems to work.

Open regedit and delete the keys under Connections.

    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

    \DefaultConnectionSettings (delete)

    \SavedLegacySettings (delete)

    Reboot.

I don't bother backing these keys up any longer but you could.

And now I'm getting a similar error message when I try to sync One Note. When I open it it says to log in to sync, then returns "No Network Connection Please check your network settings and try again. [2603]" I'm connected when this happens.

I've tried all of these solutions and nothing seems to work. Still getting the No Network Connection 2603 error. Online versions work fine. ALL the O365 Apps do not connect.
