Hello.
I have an issue with Teams. The camera works fine during the preview phase of the meeting, but more often than not has not been working while in the meeting itself. Only shows a black screen.
The issue is on the business version of Teams. Personal use version works fine as well as the browser Teams. Also every other app that the camera has been tested with works. There should be no other apps open that use the camera and therefore would block it from working. Windows Troubleshooting has been done multiple times. The camera and drivers have also been uninstalled from Windows, and reinstalled.
The model of the computer is Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 and has Intel Core i7-1360P processor. The operating system is Windows 11 Home.
What are the next steps I could do?

Open your device manager, find your camera en right click, choose update driver and navigate to the downloaded files.
Just found out that there is a new camera driver available since julie already. not sure why windows update cannot find this new driver. anyway, I installed it just now. lets see if this solves the problem.

Having the same issue - on all our Samsung Pro Book 3 with Win 11. All camera apps are working fine but not Teams for work. Can say that the issue gets wore with the new teams but exists in classic as well. All latest drivers and all patches applied - on freshly isntalled and older systems.
