I've connected a dual-channel wireless microphones (2 mics, 1 receiver connected in to notebook via USB-C) as audio input device for a MS Teams meeting. However, only one microphone can transmit audio successfully. Is there any setting that can enable both microphones can work in a Teams meeting?

    Hi Lionel,

    Thanks for contacting us,

To enable two wireless microphones in a Teams meeting, you need to make sure that the receiver is set to merge mode, which combines the signals from both microphones into one audio channel. You also need to select the receiver as the audio input device in Teams settings. Here are the steps to do that:

    • Connect the receiver to the computer via a USB-C cable.
    • Press and hold the 'dB' and '1/2' button on the receiver until you only see one audio meter bar on the top of the screen. This indicates that the receiver is in merge mode.
    • Open Teams and go to Settings and more > Settings > Devices.
    • Under Audio devices, select the receiver as the Microphone. You can also test the audio quality by making a test call.

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Regards, Sola
