How do I rename a Teams group chat?

I don't see any option to rename this MS Teams group chat. This chat was set up via "Join or create Teams." This chat was not set up by adding people to a chat without first creating a group. (I have seen other instances where the group chat can be renamed, but that is if the chat was first initiated before the group was set up. My problem appears to be different from that situation).

Enclosed is screenshot showing no option to rename.

Can someone please help?

    If I'm adding people to a chat with someone, how do I change the name of the group chat?

    it's just simply a bad design when people try so hard to find the button.

    When you create the chat, towards the top of the window, you will see a list of all participants. Just to the right of that is a pencil, click on that, and you can rename the chat!

    Hi ABH_1988,

    if the screenshot provided is the chat you are talking about, then this is the General channel from a Teams site, it is a Standard channel so just add people to the members group for the Team to gain access.

    Click on Manage Channel from the menu in the screenshot, and click on Add Members.
