new teams crashes after ~15 seconds

Dear Community,

I have problems with the new MS-Teams version.

It is crashing after about 15 seconds.

The classic version is working fine.

I am using a windows 10 client: 10.0 (19045)

I already uninstalled teams, deleted all the teams folders in APPData and reinstalled teams.

I agree with earlier comments that it appears "It was an issue between New Teams and FLIR camera application".

I have deleted camera files and uninstalled camera. I found that installing a new plug in camera ( creative labs 4k webcam) this seems to work- there is no conflict with shared files etc. Costly but at least it solved the new teams crashing issue

Our organisation uses new version so I'm constantly getting switched to this- even when I opt out. The classic version ends 31st March for everyone I gather so there'll be no option to use classic anyway even if I get to keep it for the odd time it let me

New teams just does not work properly and I know hundreds if not more- are having issues judging by the posts and other sites. Had no issues with classic teams at all.

Working at a corporate site. New teams does not work. Uninstalled Teams Work and School. Win key = settings gear = Apps= Uninstalled Teams work and School. Reinstalled older version of Teams . ( Went to web version of Teams. 3 dots upper right hand corner. Download Teams desktop version) Resolves Teams Crashing. No sound, Etc.

We have the same issue with new Teams. Teams stops responding while on the call and crashes. Originally the machine was running classic version and Auto Updated to new Teams. We uninstalled the Teams and deleted the cache folder. Did a clean install of new Teams. But the issue not resolved.
