When i mute my headset through flip to mute or through physical button on my headset, the status is nit synchronized to MS Teams on windows 10. I have tried re-installing MS Teams as well as factory reset Logitech headset but issue still persists.

I am using Logitech Zone Wireless (Certified headset for MS Teams) and Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 ).

Same issue for me, started after switching to the New Teams. When switching back to Teams classic it works again. Seems to be an issue with the New Teams. Happens on 3 computers and tried 4 different usb headsets. Please fix this MS

    Hello,

I have the same issue. I have just tried to switch my headset with my colleague (with the same model) and call on MS Teams and mine doesnt work in his teams either.

But his on my computer is working. So it seems that the problem is really on the side of the headset.

Just to clarify - when I move with the flip or press the mute button I can head in headset "Mute ON/Mute OFF" also the color of the USB is changing to RED - Mute On etc.

    Do you have any idea?

    Thanks Daniel
