    Hello Segunfunmi,

I'm Segunfunmi, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thank you for posting your query in this forum.

I’m sorry, but I can’t see your uploaded image. However, I can suggest some general troubleshooting steps for your Microsoft Teams issue:

Check the image format: Ensure that the logo and banner images are in a supported format (like .png or .jpg).

Check the image size: The images should not exceed the maximum size limit. For a logo, the recommended size is 312 x 312 pixels, and it should be less than 1 MB. The recommended dimensions for a banner are 918 x 120 pixels and should be less than 2 MB.

Clear cache: Sometimes, clearing the Teams cache can resolve such issues. You can do this by signing out of Teams, closing the application, and then deleting the contents of the Teams cache folder.

Update Teams: Ensure that your Teams application is up-to-date. An outdated version might cause some features not to work as expected.

Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to change the branding of the Teams webinar.

    Kind regards, Segunfunmi.
